Dr. Alana Kapust

Dr. Kapust graduated from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008 with the Ethicon Surgical Excellence Award following externship experiences in wildlife conservation medicine in Zimbabwe and the Oregon Zoo. After serving as lead doctor at a hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Dr. Kapust left the cold northeast for tropical Hawaii, where she has provided quality care to patients since 2011. The love that Dr. Kapust shares with each patient is what has allowed her to grow a large extended ohana of pets and their families.  

Dr. Kapust recognizes that while families in Hawaii love their dogs and cats, occasionally the fast paced life on Oahu doesn't leave much time to provide their pets with the basic care they need. Dr. Kapust saw an opportunity to serve the needs of clients on THEIR schedule and is ready to respond to the growing needs of the Oahu community and their beloved pets.  The mobile veterinary care setting allows for Dr. Kapust to spend a longer amount of time spent with each patient while the reduced overhead costs allows for high quality care to be offered at affordable prices...something for everyone to appreciate!
